  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Salad

  • 5 ounces baby arugula
  • cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Vinaigrette Preparation

  • Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until fully combined in a small bowl.

Salad Preparation
