Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 rounds black pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon dill leaves finely chopped
  • asparagus
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Make boursin: Mix cream cheese with chopped dill leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • When fish has cooled, spread boursin on the top of the fish. Bake again for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan and black pepper over boursin. Broil until top is golden brown. Serve immediately with blanched asparagus and haricot vert, if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh dill and high-quality salmon fillets.
