Be sure to blot the grease off of the beef before layering onto the slider buns; failure to do so will make the buns soggy. Using a food processor to make the sauce helps all of the ingredients to blend evenly; if you don't have a food processor, you could use a blender. Without either of those, you could simply stir the ingredients in a bowl. You will simply have some texture to the sauce from the sweet pickle relish.
