Salmon and Sauce
- 1 slab salmon
- 1 tablespoon Boursin cheese
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Boursin cheese, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Pour over your slab of salmon and coat the fish evenly. Top with thin slices of lemon.
