Equipment

  • 9x13-inch baking dish

Ingredients

Stuffing Mixture

  • 4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix (not quite all of a 12-ounce package)
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter melted

Broccoli Mixture

  • 1 package frozen broccoli florets (16 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ oz.)
  • 1 tub chive & onion cream cheese (7.5 oz.)
  • ¼ cup milk

  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine melted butter and stuffing mix; toss with a fork until all stuffing pieces are coated. Set aside.
  • Thaw broccoli and warm in the microwave for about 3 minutes; drain very well. Cut any large florets into smaller, bite-sized pieces.

  • Spoon 2 & ½ cups stuffing mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Spoon broccoli mixture on top of stuffing layer, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture on top.

Notes

Be sure to get regular stuffing mix, NOT cubed.
