For the Buffalo Chicken

For the Mac & Cheese
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni The base for the mac & cheese.

Preparation
Cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes.
In a separate pan, melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually whisk in milk, then add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Heat through for about 5 minutes.
Lay out flour tortillas and spoon a generous layer of mac & cheese and buffalo chicken mixture onto each. Roll tightly to form wraps.
Slice wraps in half if desired. Optionally drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions.
