  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground pepper

Cabbage

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage preferably red and green mixed

Preparation

  • Whisk vinaigrette, chives, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cabbage and toss to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Toss again; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
