Ingredients
  

Tomatoes

  • 14.5 ounces petite diced tomatoes one can
  • 10 ounces Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles one can

Vegetables

  • 2 teaspoons diced jalapeno peppers If you like spicy salsa, leave the seeds
  • ½ small yellow onion sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Other

  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Process for 20 seconds or until it's the texture you desire.
  • Pour and chill: Pour salsa into a quart sized jar or bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips for a delicious snack.
