Ingredients
  

  • 60 g butter
  • 85 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 85 g raw sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g milk chocolate, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Beat the egg and sugar until the mixture whitens. Incorporate the chocolate-butter mixture.
  • Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder, add through a sieve. Incorporate the chopped milk chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan) or 180°C (traditional).
  • Using an ice cream scoop, form half-spheres of dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them sufficiently apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the center of the hot oven. Let cool on a rack.
