Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz cottage cheese
  • 10 large eggs
  • 3 cups shredded cheese I used swiss
  • cup diced green onions
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and cottage cheese until fully combined.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until top begins to brown and the center is set.
