Ingredients
  

Bread and Filling

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • ½ cup cranberry jam we used cranberry bourbon jam
  • 8 oz brie cheese remove rind and cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Use a serrated bread knife to make horizontal cuts across the loaf lengthwise, creating a checkerboard pattern.
  • Evenly distribute the cranberry jam into all of the cuts in the bread using a spoon.
  • Evenly place the pieces of brie cheese in all the bread crevices.
  • Lightly brush the top of the bread with melted butter using a basting brush.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet, loosely cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Put bread on a serving platter and garnish with fresh rosemary. Enjoy!

Notes

Any variety of jam will work here, just use your favorite and feel free to add more or less. Gluten-free option available using a gluten-free loaf.
