For the Salad

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, well-drained
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

For the Dressing

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper, freshly cracked

Method

  • In a large bowl, toss together the shredded rotisserie chicken, diced celery, halved red grapes, chopped almonds, well-drained pineapple chunks, and green onions. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  • In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is nicely coated.
