- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons Butter melted
Filling
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rum extract
- 1 teaspoon Clear vanilla extract
- 1 cup Crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
Making the Pie
