Equipment

  • Oven
  • Muffin tin
  • spatula
  • Rolling pin

Ingredients

Bacon and Egg Filling

  • 8 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
  • 8 large eggs scrambled
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg crescent rolls or crescent roll sheet

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook your scrambled eggs.
  • Cook and chop your bacon into small bite-size pieces.
  • Open the can of crescent rolls and lay them down flat in two rectangles. Pinch the creases together and roll over with a rolling pin until you have a nice square or rectangle, or if using a crescent roll sheet, skip this step.
  • Spread eggs, bacon, and cheese over the dough leaving about a ½ inch all the way around.
  • Starting at one long end, roll the dough tightly until you've rolled it all.
  • Cut pieces that are about a ½ - ¾ inch to fit into your muffin tin.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a minute or two and then pop out with a spatula. Eat warm.
