Bacon and Egg Filling
- 8 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
- 8 large eggs scrambled
- shredded cheese
- 1 pkg crescent rolls or crescent roll sheet
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook your scrambled eggs.
Cook and chop your bacon into small bite-size pieces.
Open the can of crescent rolls and lay them down flat in two rectangles. Pinch the creases together and roll over with a rolling pin until you have a nice square or rectangle, or if using a crescent roll sheet, skip this step.
Spread eggs, bacon, and cheese over the dough leaving about a ½ inch all the way around.
Starting at one long end, roll the dough tightly until you've rolled it all.
Cut pieces that are about a ½ - ¾ inch to fit into your muffin tin.
Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
Let cool for a minute or two and then pop out with a spatula. Eat warm.
