  • Prepare the cucumber by peeling, lightly scraping the skin for texture, and cutting into small pieces.
  • Add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and onion into a bowl.
  • Cut mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and mix into the vegetables.
  • Pour the dressing over everything and toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Let the salad rest for about 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Notes

Letting the salad sit for about 10 minutes improves flavor as ingredients absorb the dressing. Onion can be omitted or adjusted based on preference.
