Ingredients
  

Green Goddess Sauce Base

  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups spinach blanched
  • 2 cups kale blanched
  • 2 cups basil
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • ½ cup white beans cooked
  • cup raw pistachios
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cup pasta water as needed
  • 1 burrata
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • to taste red chili flakes
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • To start, add 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of pasta water to your blender.
  • Add in your blanched spinach, kale, and basil along with your sautéed onion and garlic and blend again.
  • Add in 1 cup of white beans and blend again until smooth.
  • Add your pistachios, salt, pasta water, and grated parmesan cheese and blend one final time.
  • Add your sauce to cooked pasta and top with burrata, a drizzle of olive oil, red chili flakes, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste by adding more herbs or spices as desired.
