Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages crescent rolls (8 per can)
  • 8 jalapeños , cleaned (ribs and seeds removed)
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese , softened
  • ½ cup sharp shredded cheese
  • cup cooked bacon , crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Clean jalapeños by removing seeds and ribs (wear gloves for safety).
  • Open crescent rolls and lay them out on a flat surface or baking sheet.
  • Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place each filled jalapeño on the wide end of a crescent triangle and roll toward the point.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch or your favorite dip!

Notes

Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation. These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving for a fresh taste. Feel free to add extra spices or ingredients to the cheese mixture for more flavor.
