Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 0.5 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.75 cup milk

Glaze Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

Preparation Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, eggs, Worcestershire, and milk in a large bowl. Mix together with your hands.
  • Shape into a loaf form on a foil-lined 9x13 pan.
  • Stir together the glaze ingredients and spoon over the top of the meatloaf prior to baking.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, about 65-70 minutes.

Notes

While you can use a store-brand alternative to Lipton soup mix, adjust sodium levels as needed. Use a thermometer to determine cooking time based on meatloaf shape and size.
