Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts thin breasts or halved
  • ½ cup mayonnaise see notes for substitution
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon season salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, season salt, and pepper. Spread a thin layer on top of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F. Broil for 2-3 minutes to get the topping nice and brown.

Notes

You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise. It is more tart and will not melt as well into the chicken but is an option.
