- 2 ripe pears, cut into quarters
- 300 g mixed greens
- 60 g goat cheese sliced

Wash the mixed greens, then spin-dry. Put them in a bowl, pour in the Classic Vinaigrette, and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss well, then portion out the greens onto individual serving plates.
Peel the pears and cut them into quarters, discarding the core. Place the quarters on the plates.
Slice the goat cheese and put one slice in the centre of each plate. Serve.
