  • 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice Use good quality, real orange juice.
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt Can substitute with plain yogurt.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Garnish (optional)

  • orange segments
  • fresh mint

Preparation

  • Place the pineapple chunks, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve garnished with orange segments and fresh mint (optional).

Notes

If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks and freeze them ahead of time to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
