Instructions
Salad Dressing
In a bowl or jug, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and oregano.
Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking vigorously until dressing is emulsified.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Main Salad
Lay the chopped lettuce on your serving plates.
Arrange prosciutto, salami, veggies and mozzarella on top.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.
