Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 1 Lettuce roughly chopped
  • 90 g Prosciutto
  • 100 g Salami Milano
  • Sweet corn
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 Mozzarella di Bufala Balls sliced
  • Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • Cantaloupe Melon
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Cucumber sliced
  • 2 Spring Onions sliced
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs halved

Salad Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Salad Dressing

  • In a bowl or jug, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and oregano.
  • Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking vigorously until dressing is emulsified.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Main Salad

  • Lay the chopped lettuce on your serving plates.
  • Arrange prosciutto, salami, veggies and mozzarella on top.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve.
  • Enjoy!
