Ingredients
  

  • 1 can no-salt-added chickpeas 15-ounce, rinsed
  • 1.5 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon or parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry.
  • Combine oil, chives, dill, tarragon (or parsley), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add chickpeas and stir to coat well. Spread in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast, stirring once, until lightly browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
