Chicken and Base
- 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5-ounce
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth plus more as needed
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can black beans 15-ounce, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 pieces fresh limes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation
