Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups pumpkin puree
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease three (9x5-inch) loaf pans; set aside.
  • Mix together white sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla; mix in pumpkin until thoroughly combined.
  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a separate bowl until combined. Mix flour mixture into pumpkin mixture until incorporated. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans; smooth batter evenly in each pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the middle of each loaf comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.

Notes

If desired, you can combine 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to sprinkle on top of loaves before baking.
