  • 0.75 cups pineapple frozen
  • 0.75 cups mango frozen
  • 1 cups strawberries frozen

Juices

  • 0.5 cups orange juice
  • 0.5 cups pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Combine the frozen fruit and juices in a blender or blender cup.
  • Place the lid on the blender and mix for 30 seconds. Remove and stir the contents. Blend again.
  • Stir to make sure liquid enough. Add more orange juice if not sippable or pourable.
  • Pour into a glass and use a smoothie straw. Garnish with frozen strawberries, mango, and pineapple.
