Teriyaki Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed And Halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the salmon and Brussels sprouts for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.
  • Serve the teriyaki salmon with the crispy Brussels sprouts and steamed rice.

Notes

You can use store-bought teriyaki sauce if you prefer. Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers to the Brussels sprouts. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for extra flavor and presentation.
