Instructions
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
Fold in the chopped green olives, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
Stir in the chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
