For the Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pitted green olives roughly chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
  • Fold in the chopped green olives, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, sliced vegetables, or crusty bread. Enjoy!
