Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions
 

  • Place the ricotta, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides half way through until the ricotta is smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the ricotta in a shallow bowl and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the hot honey overtop. Garnish with the thyme and lemon zest and serve with crusty bread, crackers or pita chips.

This dip is great for gatherings, serves well with various dippers like bread and crackers.
