Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips, cranberries, and pistachios.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
