Salad Ingredients

  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup dried cherries or craisins
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 0.25 cup sugared pecans
  • 0.5 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Dressing Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried onion
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

Salad Preparation

  • Combine spinach, cherries, green onions, apple slices, grapes, and pecans.
  • Add dressing and toss.
  • Garnish with Gorgonzola cheese.

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until evenly combined.
